The project is located at the intersection of Xinhu Road and Jia'an Road in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, adjacent to the exit of Xin'an Station of Metro Line 1, and close to Qianhai Free Trade Zone. Both natural landscape and economic industry are equally important. The project vision is to create a small but exquisite comfortable residential area in a prosperous city.

Although the land for the project is small, it also has multiple functions such as commerce, residence and community supporting facilities. At the southeast corner of the site, the building gives way to a small semicircle square, which serves as the entrance to commerce and also a small urban stage, providing a place for the citizens to have intimate contact and rest. It is not only the only direction from the Futian and Nanshan old downtown to the new Qianhai downtown in Bao'an, but also the best sunshine and ventilation direction in South China. Therefore, two symmetrical towers are designed here. The towers are connected by an air club in the middle, forming a gate shape of two towers facing the central area of Qianhai.

As the project is close to Qianhai CBD office area, in order to further enhance the overall image and coordinate with the office buildings across the road, a complete folded plate system is used in the facade design to organically connect the podium and tower together to form a closed loop, and the overall effect is straight and orderly, concise and tensive.
