In the plan, the urban commercial plot on the west side of the site is combined with the commerce along the street of the project to form a north-south urban commercial landscape axis. In the internal space planning, the north-south garden landscape axis is used to connect the entire community, forming a good living atmosphere and courtyard space, perfectly realizing the connection between the lake, south and north plots, and becoming an extension of the lake life.

The sales office building uses the super cantilevered steel structure canopy to form the urban "negative" space of the community, forming a super community like a park interactive experience theater; At the same time, as the landscape link point of the large area, it forms the east-west urban supporting landscape axis in combination with the community supporting facilities.
